Playing UFCW.TV videos: Your connection to the internet is measured in bandwidth, which is the amount of data that can be transferred per second via your connection.  Chose HIGH if your internet connection is through ADSL, DSL, cable, LAN, etc., or at least 512k.  Choose LOW if your internet connection is through dial-up telephone, ISDN, etc., or at least 56k.
